Todd, his team and office staff went above and beyond for us. The insurance company gave us very little and Todd made sure he got the number that satisfied us. If you are looking for an adjuster DO NOT hesitate to work with Todd and his team! Thank you for all you have done!!!!

My husband and I had a huge water problem at our basement and when called our insurance we got nowhere with our claim. Any excuses one can find, you name it, they had. Then a friend of ours told us to call The Public Adjusters! It was the best advice we could have! They are absolutely fantastic! They resolved our issues and so much more! Even though I didn’t have a claim that they could help with, I would recommend anyone struggling with home owners insurance to contact this company. They spoke with me for over 30 minutes (for free) and gave me some really valuable insights and advice for my situation. I had called multiple places before this one and got no where. They didn’t have to take the time to help me, but they did and I’m incredibly grateful.

TPA was fantastic! Todd and his team were professional, friendly, and highly effective in dealing with our insurance company. The insurance company tried to shrug off responsibility but Todd made sure we were fairly compensated, can't thank TPA enough!

I am so thankful to The Public's Adjuster and would recommend them to anyone who has a major incident in their home or business. Our family's commercial building suffered a catastrophic sewage backup and the team helped us navigate multiple claims and problems in the building with our insurance company and various vendors. They were professional, responsive, and clearly cared a lot about us and helping to ensure we got what we needed to cover our losses, while also working collaboratively with all other parties involved. We got the best possible outcome and I know we could not have come out as positively without their help. Property losses are big, overwhelming, and scary - they made the process so much easier and went above and beyond to ensure a favorable outcome. Todd and the entire team are absolutely fantastic! We had a flood that destroyed most of the ground floor in our ct. home. We tried to work with our insurance team on our own but spent countless hours/days getting no where. When we called the Public's Adjuster we knew right away that we were in the right hands. Todd, Mike, Julie and Lisa were responsive and informative from day one. They made the process easy and painless. They advocated for a rental property and managed to get us our entire budget for our kitchen and downstairs renovation. We hope to never have another insurance claim but if we do Todd will be the first person we call. Thank you TPR!!!!
