It seems things have gone downhill quickly for an account management perspective. Lack of updates, and highly fragmented insurance policies make it impossible to keep track and The Reilly company has added little to no value on this front. Really disappointed in the lack of initiative and communication although at one time, when we first started using them as a broker, it was great
