I just had a talk with micheal and he was professional enough to provide the correct form of information and advice I would need. He is pretty straightforward and a kind guy. He listened the whole situation and put me to the right path selflessly.

Called them today and personally spoke to Michael Brice as he gave me a call back in less than a minute.

Talking to him gave me clarity on further steps with my issue. He first asked me questions with regards to it and told me he wanted to save me time and see if he could be of help. His consult should cost me a fee (I own a business and honestly fees like this are reasonable and I was willing to pay for his time and schedule if I booked an appointment) but he ended up paying attention, listened to my concerns and giving me quick advice regarding my matters and said to me “if that’s the answer to your question then you didn’t need to pay the consultation fee” and we both giggled.

He then said that if I further had any questions to ask to just call him and he’ll try to help!

I appreciate the time given to me by Mr. Brice and funny enough I wouldn’t want to give him updates or ask questions (cause that would mean I need to hire him to represent me and my case is in need of professional help) but hey, if I need help and advice; a person to represent me I’ll definitely seek his services. He is very professional and only a phone call away. Based on first impressions I have no clue why all the hate with the reviews. Don’t get fooled by it. See for yourself.

This Michael guy was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I only had questions for him and he literally ask for money to continue the conversation. This is the worst company to ever talk to. I do not recommend him or this company to any one

Edit: Finally answers 3 yrs later what a joke .
You see asking for money upfront before doing anything isn't something a business should be doing. You work first then get paid. I can't walk onto a jobsite and say hey give me money before any work is done. Looks Luke you're still a jerk based on your response here. ? good luck with your business in the future.

I was really grateful for Michael's direction. He has probably saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary legal fees. Next time I need legal guidance I will be phoning him first!

Hired Micheal and received little to no support. When I started being direct about how I felt I was not receiving the support he told me he was offended. He would not answer the phone, constantly had email issues, and overall charged me a ton of money to file the court documents and not much else. I certainly was not happy with his service.

This man is extremely rude, and his phone etiquette is unbelievable. I left a message for a call back for a few questions to get the ball rolling to file a claim. He claimed his voice mail informed new clients to go to his website untrue. It said he was “unavailable are in court at this time” I told him I don’t like his tone and he hung up.
