I did not have a positive experience with Judd’s wife who called me on a claim. I was told to never use the corporate website to submit a claim however if you are an Allstate customer, you are directed to submit a claim through the website or app. I was left confused and then told I was told I was contacted multiple times over the course of years regarding my current claim, which was completely inaccurate information. In a stressful time when you have to file a claim, some compassion and empathy would be expected from an agency I have been with for years.

Raising property insurance by almost 100% is predatory at best. My car insurance is also way higher than it should be with them. Will be happy to save over 700$ a year switching to progressive but honestly you his should be ashamed of yourself. I was quoted inflation as the reason my rates are DOUBLING

Terrible! When they want your business they will keep bugging you with endless calls and long unnecessary talks on the phone. They will not help when you need accurate information at the time of claims. Judd will promise to return your calls and emails and you will not hear from him again. His wife is rude and nice when she is dying for your business. Do not use them.

My experience started out positive, but within 18 months I was absolutely done. Keep your receipts. They will make changes to your policy without giving you proper notice. At that point, i moved my auto policy elsewhere. Then, when I closed the card I had on file for payments, I went in and added a new card. I got notice that payment did not go through, when it should have had no problem going through on the new card. They claim they have no record of me changing the card, so it’s a good thing that I do. I promptly closed my last remaining policy with them and went to another provider. Stay away from this insurer.

Judd Wagner with Allstate- I cannot complain with the business I have with this insurance company. I've been taken care of with everything I've needed, even through the pandemic the customer service was outstanding and fast. I've saved a lot of money by switching and they are very fair with recommending what I needed vs other companies that'll tell me I needed more coverage than what I really did. I highly recommend this insurance company, it's the best insurance experience I've ever had.
