When I first reached out to Allstate the representative on the phone (wish I could remember her name) took her time with me and found the right policy at the right price. Lower cost than my previous provider and better coverage! I faithfully paid for that coverage year after year and never heard a peep from any rep from the company, except emails raising my premium. I have been personally contacted by my Allstate agent Thomas Zvonek no less than 3 times via email making sure things were right, including a note on my birthday. I had the occasion to call my agent, who personally answered the call, to clarify something for me. Easy peasy. Thomas and others in the agency take the "good hands" motto seriously.

Extremely helpful with what my mom was going through with another Allstate, she has already transferred to this agency, I plan on transferring when my policy renews. Since the office closed in Cottonwood and now in Camp Verde, this is the only office here in the Verde Valley that is accessible. I need a agency close enough that if I needed to talk to someone in person, I'm not driving more than 30 min to get there, as it is now, the agency that took over the one in Camp Verde, is in Prescott, I'm not willing to drive an 1 1/2. just to talk to an agent, that is ridiculous. I have emailed numerous times and still have not received the answers I needed, they are not helpful in my eyes

Have been a client with Allstate for the last 20 years and one Thomas took over the agency it has severely deteriorated in customer service. Thomas hasn't not once called to review my policys, to make any changes if need be and to make sure that I am happy with Allstate and its insurance. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a Agent in Sedona that you look else where. Looking to be pulling my policies from Alstate in the near future.
