I have nothing to say except positive things about Thurston Insurance. I have an entirely different attitude about insurance since doing business with Thurston (and formerly Jack Daugherty…RIP Jack) and especially because of Tami. She personalizes everything and is so willing to help you out. She makes the entire experience great. She has helped us save a lot of money. I will also say that as a customer I urge other customers to do their part about learning and understanding their own insurance needs because it isn’t a one size fits all kind of business. Take the time to set up an appointment with Tami to go over your insurance needs to gain a better understanding. Most likely you’ll save money and learn a lot along the way. Highly recommend doing business with Thurston Insurance. 👍

I've been dealing with Thurston Family Insurance Ennis Office for a number of years now with agent Tami L Christensen. She has been over the top with customer service, and her knowledge of the product is as good as it gets. I fully recommend this office, and Tami in particular. We had an unusual insurance issue, this office was the only one of several insurance firms in several Montana cities that found ANY insurance at all for our needs.
