We switched to Thurston Family Insurance to manage our commercial insurance policy after we had a disappointing incident happen with Stockman Insurance in Billings. Stockman didn’t have a person available in the office to make our premium payment when I called in to make the payment, and no one bothered to call me back. We wanted to stay with a local agency, but we needed a more reliable and dependable office to better manage our policy. We were relieved to find Thurston Family Insurance. I called and emailed Thurston Family Ins. in Billings. The woman I dealt with, Sarah Robertson, was prompt, knowledgeable, and SO personable. The experience Sarah gave was one we used to just expect from a business. 30 yrs ago! This doesn't happen frequently. Sarah treated me like a good friend. She was kind and caring, and Honest. If you are shopping around, look no further. I consider Vicki and her staff the best in the business. Thurston Family Insurance partners with multiple insurance companies, which puts you in the driver's seat, so to speak. (LOL) This means they can insurance shop for you! What really impressed me recently is their commitment to ensure I continue to receive the best rates. Sarah contacted me a few months before my policy was due to renew to let me know my homeowners insurance was going increase substantially. We discussed my options and she would be in touch. Ultimately, they saved me a BUNDLE on homeowners AND auto. The Thurston staff is also very friendly and helpful, any time I call. Vicki Thurston is an excellent insurance agent. We honestly can’t say enough good things about her! We had an auto claim that we were struggling with, and she really helped us to get it settled.
