Very crappy people work here. Extremely rude lady and she will never get your policy correct. We have been with State Farm for over 12 years. This agent down right sucks. We had to contact the main office in phoenix to get anything done. This lady is just lazy and does not know what she is doing. On top of everything, the cost just keeps going up and up. We found way better coverage for half the cost!!!!
