Ashot is very professional, and extremely helpful! We had contacted another public adjuster prior finding Ashot's company and they stated that they could not help us and that our claim was not worst it for them. We almost gave up until Ashot told us he will take care of us! Ashot came to our home and from day one he promised us that we would get our kitchen back and what we deserved as our insurance was not willing to make the appropriate repair to have our kitchen restored fully the same prior the water damages. We made many phone calls to our insurance and tried in our own to get our kitchen fixed but we were not going anywhere and the process was very stressful. Ashot has the ability to use the insurance language and is very knowledgeable in this area! If you have a claim, and feel hopeless and are tired to make calls after calls to your insurance company, Ashot will not only facilitate the process for you but will advocate to make sure you get what your insurance deserves to pay you!

The insurance company refused to pay my claim. After trying to fight them on my own for a month in which they tried to fitve me pennies on the dollar, I hired TIR Public Adjusters. Ashot is very professional, courteous, and detailed. He explained the process and kept me up to date. It actually took about 2 years but I finally received the correct amount from my insurance company. There is no way I would have been able to do this as I work a full time job and dealing with the insurance company is a full time job in its own right. I want to thank TIR Public Adjusters LLC for a wonderful job they performed at one of the most stressful times in my family's life. Our family's home had sudden water damage from a toilet leak from the upstairs bathroom. This caused gray/black water to fill our downstairs living room. I contacted TIR and they answered right away. TIR came over to our home, assessed the damage and started the claims process. TIR was able to communicate with the restoration company and ensure adequate stay at the hotel during repairs. TIR communicates well and explains the convoluted insurance policy process so I am able to understand. I am very satisfied with TIR work and performance. I have made several referrals to friends and family who experienced damage to their home that need an advocate against the insurance company who wants to reduce and deny your claim. We are extremely pleased with Ashot's attention to detail and professionalism. We had a very difficult and drawn out claim - nearly 7 months of no contact from our insurance company. Ashot was a bull dog (but also kind) and settled our claim in 2 months with no stress on our end. We would have never expected the results we received - nearly 8 times more money because of his expertise. He knows how to maneuver and speak the language.
