The front desk girl who answered the phone was rude and had a bad attitude. It’s obvious she doesn’t care about the business.

We have been waiting for a quote for an entire week. I called to follow up, and she told me there was still nothing, adding that if I wanted it faster, I should come in person. I asked her to have Jennifer call me back to provide an update—whether she’s too busy or unable to offer insurance, so we don’t keep waiting. The front desk girl replied that there was no guarantee Jennifer would call back. I insisted that Jennifer at least give us a quick update, and then the front desk girl hung up.

Rude lady. Called for a quote, she’s said if I needed it fast it would have to be in person so I explained I wasn’t in town at the moment and she hung up without continuing the, over the phone quote she first offered me. Some people aren’t cut out to answer the phone on their bad days…

The agent I dealt with was really fun to chat with and was easy to joke around with and overall had a very pleasant experience. After first getting to the window and back to the office took maybe about 5 minutes or so. She gave me a list of 5 highly suggested and go to companies and let me choose who I wanted to go with and gave me multiple options in rates between those options. So I am completely satisfied with my agent and the company itself.. They all were really nice and friendly and so thankful for having them in my town.
