I've been a customer for several years and seen employees come and go. All of them courteous and professional. However, recently, and under not-so-great circumstances (car accident), I had the utmost pleasure of working with the Liza Mack during this stressful and uncertain time.

Liza answered all my phone calls and constant emails along with a couple of in person visits-one with my 16-year-old son. Liza helped us navigate the process of going from having an accident, getting tow trucks lined up, vehicle transferred to autobody shop, rental car pick-up and processing, and even helped expedite our claim (car was a complete loss) in getting our check faster after dealing with a non-local rep who botched our claim.

Liza’s professional demeanor, caring attitude, and the ability to function at a high level of customer service during this delicate time, allowed for a smooth and painless process. We are on the road again in our new car and grateful the accident wasn’t worse.
