This "IS" the BEST Company when it comes to ease of payment, "VERY" , "VERY" Resonable prices ( they "LITERALLY" can not be beaten ). In all my Years since I've been with TOGGLE, I've Dealt with their Customer Service Dept ( one time and it was to ask a about their Auto Pay )
their Customer Service Representatives are some of the NICEST PEOPLE you'd ever want to speak with.
This is a COMPANY you can Trust!!!

1/4/25 - one hour waiting on phone......bought new car....need to notify change......website is not working ...does not continue after log in. Very sorry I have policy with you....customer service is non-existent.

If I could give Zero I would. The worst customer service. Cannot get through to them. Like talking to AI. I paid double by mistake. They never posted to my account. I had to contact 21st. They double billed me now no one can tell me why? I tried to change vehicles and even they could not figure out how to do it. I just paid again and they cashed the check but now they say there going to cancel my policy for non-payment and want another payment. The bank is sending proof but it we'll not get there in time. Stay clear from this shady company. I have been with 21st for years and never had any issues. Purchase at your own risk!

I was switched to Toggle after being with 21st Century for over a decade. I had a road emergency and they charged my credit card $74.00 to tow my car 4 miles. This was ALWAYS included in my roadside insurance with 21st! I'm about to call to resolve this. I'm deeply dissatisfied and will switch providers, if they fail to reimburse me.

They deserve a ZERO star. I had 21st Century for over 40 years, when Toggle took over it has been a nightmare. It’s takes over 1 hour for someone to answer. I paid for 2 months so I don’t have to deal with anything in December due to the holidays so I made my payment for November and December. I made the total amount due for the 2 months. Only to get a notice that I owed $2.58 cents as a late pay in December. So I called to
Make that payment but the customer service lady said she was unable to
Make the payment cause her system didn’t allow her and she could not tell me why. So she said they will waive the $2.58. However a day later I got a $5.00 late fee plus the $2.68. Again I called and was told I had to make the $7.58 Payment. She read all the notes and said maybe to send a check for the full amount and that they may issue a reimbursement later. So I called again a week later to see if everything was taken care of and she said it shows it’s all good and that everything is fine. Now my coverage shows inactive. Hello does anyone know what they are doing? I make a 2 month payment and now (still December) it says my policy is inactive. I have no idea what is going on. I paid for two
Months so I don’t deal with issues but instead I’ve been wasting time trying to make sure I still have coverage.

0 Stars!! 21st Century changed my policy to Toggle because of a "rebranding" and failed to inform me. I got 1 emails from Toggle yesterday stating that my policy are cancelled, and since I did not recognize the name I thought it was spam. Yesterday my car insurance cancelled. I called to talk to someone. and all they told me was we sent you something out on the 27th which I never received. The lady was very rude. and said we cannot help you you need to make a new policy. and Toggle is charging me at a new policy rate which is much higher than what I used to pay. This is a horrible experience! Shame on you for robbing people.

I love 21st century but when they let toggle take over managing the policy it became a nightmare. I can't pay early or with a different card unless I'm taken off of autopay and then they charge 4 fee for not being on autopay each payment. On top of that my renewal came up as full pay. I never changed it to full pay but when I tried to pay one month I was told I can't and my policy was being cancelled. I had to start a new policy all over again and select monthly payments. I will be going through this all over again. What kind of company can't process payment changes and update without canceling. This is auto insurance a requirement to drive my car!!!
