Background: I have a local insurance agency in Independence MO and have been licensed since 2002, so I know a little bit about insurance.

I had a very unique situation regarding and untimely death for someone very close to me who was insured with this agency. The didn't know me from Adam, but Don's team took great care of me.. From the initial contact via call to agency team member. To a personal call from Don within a couple of hours.

But most helpful was Beth at the office. She was able to quickly able to navigate the situation and unusual scenario with an extremely short time period with a favorable outcome. What I thought might take a couple days to figure out was completed within a matter of hours... And on a Friday afternoon as well..

This agency deserves 17 stars... Unfortunately Google only lets me go up to 5. 🤣

Give them a shout with your auto, home, life, umbrella needs anywhere in St Joe, or in Buchanan County.
