Dropped a vehicle off our policy without informing us and when I called the 800 number since I’m only off on the weekends they told me that my agent had taken it off and they couldn’t add it back on.. been paying insurance on that vehicle for over a year now on time.. also had an incident in the past where I had thought I was paying for rental coverage and when I needed it, they told me it wasn’t on there. That same day I asked Tom Maack if he would just go ahead and add rental coverage so then if something happened, I would have it the next time! A little while down the road I was rear ended and when I called State Farm, they proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have rental coverage yet again even though I had specifically told him to add at the last time!! I just paid the last of my premium and I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere.. at the least to a different agent!!

I've been doing buisness with Tom for more than a decade. He and his staff have continually gone out of their way to offer stellar service. Everything from accidents to road side service, I know if I call, I will be met with concern and honest help. I can't say that about a lot of insurance providers. I'm lifetime loyal to them

Customer for over 15 years and toms office has always done right by me . Helpful , knowledgeable honest and affordable . Was recently in an accident where we were both insured thru Tom and things went so smoothly! CJ and Amy are amazing employees and always help me with anything I need .
