I highly recommend Tom Walker Agency. Superb organization. They have proactively moved me to policy changes and upgrades to save money and actively ensure that claims are handled properly.
I don't know how many agency's have concierge, but Tom has Tiffany. She is my contact for any claims, problems or concerns, always on top of things with contacts throughout American Family apparently. Whatever is needed she gets it done! Thank you Tiffany!

I had a lot of hail damage to my home this past summer. This was the first claim I had made to the Tom Walker Agency and I couldn't have been more pleased! I had immediate help to get my questions answered, I had an adjuster here within days, and was paid an initial payment extremely quickly. Tom Walker personally stopped by to estimate additional damage from a second storm a week later, and was able to get that claim filed and paid quickly too. Everyone in his office is efficient and kind and made me feel like my claim was important. I would highly recommend the Tom Walker Agency if you are looking for honesty, integrity and people that have your best interest at heart. Tom knows the insurance industry and was willing to spend over an hour with me reviewing my coverage to be sure I had what I wanted and needed. It's hard to find service like his office provides!
