We had a great experience with Tommy Feist from Farmers Insurance. We had a tight closing date and he was able to bind insurance for us in 2 days. He is knowledgeable, responsive and very personable. Can't recommend him enough.

We recently discovered that our home owners insurance was not going to renew our policy. We asked our neighbors for some agent recommendations and received great feedback about Tommy Feist. He quickly worked on our policy, took pictures of our home within a few days of our call and had our policy up and running within a week. He is very responsive by phone and email and was kind enough to explain the pros/cons of another quote. I also called another local Farmer's agent and he told me there was no way Farmer's would cover us, despite trying all angles, which was incorrect. Tommy's professional and helpful attitude will keep us working with him in the future.

Tommy has been wonderful to work with. I needed to re-evaluate insurance coverage on several vehicles and my main residence. Not only did he quickly get the details to me, we discussed several other additional insurance items that my family would benefit from in case of a loss. What I like most about Tommy is his positive attitude. He will even take on work between you and the insurance company if refund checks have not arrived as promised (he can make more progress than you can when calling the insurance companies directly). As a working professional, I really appreciate Tommy’s can-do attitude along with his attentiveness. I have high standards and Tommy meets all of them. Lastly, Tommy was referred to me by a real estate agent a few years back. When people refer other people, it means they come highly recommended!

I worked with Tommy in Sept 2021. I would highly recommend Tommy. While I was working to buy my home, wildfires were going wild, freaking out most home insurance companies in Colorado. Tommy was able to meet the fire mitigation requirements after coming out to my prospective home right away. Had he not been so prompt, I might not be the happy home owner I am today. Lastly, Tommy was quick to communicate with me and lender around closing, which ended up being very important. Tommy is a great communicator, prompt and a hard worker. I am glad I relied on Tommy for my home insurance needs.
