It's a very good place to live. Very peaceful place. Property manager will not fix things ceiling fan been broken since March of 2022.garage is not been fix since February of 2022 where it leak when we had snow and ice on the roof.but I will say very nice place to live. Ony if the property manager will fix stuff. I took pictures and sent them to the property manager and she look at the problem. I also turned in multiple requests for it to be fixed still not fixed. But like I said a nice place to live if the property manager will fix things. Never been late on rent

I was a tenant of one of your properties for 3 1/2 years. I regularly paid my rent to your office on time, I left the apartment in much better condition than it was when I moved in, and I provided proper written notice of my intent to vacate with a forwarding address pursuant to my lease agreement. I have receipts and photo documentation to support this.
You are required by Arkansas law to either return the security deposit or provide a written itemized list of charges withheld within 60 days. As of the date of this review it has been 112 days since I moved out and I have not received my $200 security deposit nor have I received an itemized list of charges withheld. (under AR law I am entitled to double security deposit at this point)

The apartment passes the responsibility to Tower Management. Tower Management passes the responsibility to someone in accounting who is on vacation- they do no respond to phone calls, emails, or voicemails.
