I am not happy with Townsley. When I met Lea I could tell she was intelligent and she knows her shit. I have had a problem with them not being able to get my taxes done on time and filing foor an extension. Why? They had everything they needed from me supposedly. At anytime they needed something I had gotten it to them within a couple of days. I was told by Aimy that they were going to have to file for an extension and I said but this is what you do, this is your business WHY. Lea sent me an email to chill out and never decided to call me and say hey let's get on the same page and let's figure this out. I understand backing your empoyee's but please understand me as well and a simple call could have resolved that but that did not happen. Now I have to contend with a tax return that was sent to the wrong address and I will not see that for another 2 months thankyou Lea job well done!
