I just recently started again with traders due to letting my car go back in January and I just got another vehicle this month april. I spoke with the nice woman at traders to reinstate me a policy for the new vehicle I have now and I'm having issues with being able to hear very well and one ear and I like how she would repeat herself if I asked her without any hesitation. I enjoyed my visit this time with traders. Only thing I don't like is having to have an agent. It seems like insurance companies don't need agents and I don't like talking to him cuz you got to wait on the phone all day for them to answer. Anyways I like being with trader so I can call them directly

Took them 5 business days to tell us that are pictures weren't good enough to assess damage. Wanted us to drive vehicle an hour and a half away to have it assessed. Took another 4 days to tell our lien holder that it was totaled. I had to track down the information from them. RUDE agent that was the liaison between us and adjuster. Would not recommend if ever in an accident.

I was told by my insurance broker that I couldn't add a new vehicle because I needed a medical clearance for my mom. Then same agent told my wife that I never had coverage with Traders. I called Traders after going online and found that my policy is active. So I called CS and she confirmed active and I can add a vehicle and that they are not requesting any information for my mom and I can cover my BMW with full coverage. Scarlett was my SUPERHERO today!!!

They apparently don't want new customers. You'll get a quote through a third party source but you can't do anything online. So I called the number to start a policy and I swear it was a recording saying hello I can't hear you with please call back when you have a better connection immediately after. My call was 2 seconds long. Don't waste your time.

I’ve been dealing with traders insurance for almost 3 months and they have been very pleasant and helpful through the whole thing! The rep. that was handling my case was carol w. Never had a problem with her . She answered all my questions and didn’t let my anxiety get to me! Actually thinking about going through them for my husbands insurance on his bike and my car! (This was also through the holidays and snow ) thank you! Very fair and honest !

Yeah traeger's answer it sucks. I got into accident and they tell me oh we can't cover nothing on your vehicle cuz you don't have any kind of coverage that's on your vehicle so they just be full it. Now I got to try to figure out how I can fix my car myself out of pocket and it's not. That's bad. That's a bad business

I love working with Traders Insurance. They always offer a great rate, they quickly get the job done and in the rare instances that there is a wait/hold time to speak with a representative, it is usually less than 3 minutes. I've spoken with multiple agents over the years and they all are always friendly and knowledgeable as well. Rhonda is who I usually get lucky enough to talk to but they are all wonderful.
