Does not help you out with the explanation on the changes . Feel like I am getting scammed. Was double charged first month and was told through the call about California passing a law about it. Asked for documents and never received any at all! Another issue was that my rates went up and unsure why when I was told I am a good driver and I am on the top tier…. Doesn’t make any sense! Again also asked for documents and still nothing! The customer service said everyone’s complaining about it and starts talking about how California and its inflation but I don’t care how he feels about it I called to get documents with the changes and I feel like this a scam they’re running with the unknown rate increase and the double charge for insurance in the first month.

I appreciate the level of care Tram (main rep) and Jason help explaining to me any insurance questions I have. They are knowledgeable, understanding and they do their best to find the most discounted prices. At the end of the day it is how much you are able to save that adds up.

Switched to Allstate from Progressive for my renters and auto insurance after being with them for years and I have to say it was the best decision ever. Tram and Jason are very caring always there ready for whenever you need them. Besides on saving lots of money they are real professional and honest. I recommend if you want any type of insurance or just thinking on switching.
