We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location is convenient, about 1.5 km from Tower Bridge. The room was clean but small, just enough space for two people. The breakfast was good for the price. Special thanks to the hotel staff for storing our backpacks free of charge.

Conveniently located, a short bus ride from the theatre district and mainline stations. The room was clean and quiet, and the food was fine.
Unfortunately the staff were tricky to locate, and indifferent when you found one, my meal took almost an hour to arrive, mainly because the person who took my order “forgot to pass it to the kitchen “ even though I was the only person in the restaurant area.
Would I stay again..? Probably. Maybe they were having an off day…

Great service at front desk to make you feel welcomed. Rehana was friendly and made sure we had all the info we needed. Good area to walk to places. Rooms small with basic amenities but you don't spend much time in the room in London. Bring plug converter, hair dryer and shampoo

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, discovered bed bugs in my room. This was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable, as I expected a clean and safe environment. While the staff responded quickly and moved me to another room, I recommend the hotel take immediate action to thoroughly inspect all rooms and common areas for pests, especially bed bugs.

It’s essential that the hotel perform deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and bedding to prevent this from happening again. Regular inspections and more attention to detail in cleanliness would greatly improve the guest experience and give visitors peace of mind. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that future guests don’t face the same unpleasant situation.

If yu planning to visit London and spend the day in the city center this is the perfect location.||The price concidering the locatin and the other hotels was very decent.||Liverpool station is 10 minutes away from the hotel and algate station is a few steps away, with lots of bus stops closely.||Across the hotel there is a shop that stays open until 1am if you want to buy any drinks and snacks for the room. There is a lovely Korean restaurant in the corner with very good food and other restaurants where you can eat.||The neighbourhood is busy enough to not make you feel scared when you walk at night withut being very loud and disturb your sleep. ||Breakfast had a variety of cerial, english breakfast, pancakes, and croissants. Also plenty of fruit to choose.

Conveniently located close to two tube stations. Rooms are small but that is expected in the city. Beware that if you get an accessible room, the shower water is not very hot as they cap the temperature. I had to change to a regular room to get a proper hot shower. Breakfast is alright, regular English style, no complaints for the price. Assistant manager was very helpful. Main complaint for me is that you have to pay for Internet, and the annoying thing is even with payment it is limited to two devices. So if you have a family then be prepared to fork out quite some money for Internet.

While overall the hotel location was convenient, we were highly dissatisfied with the room. The room was mentioned as "super room" on Travelodge website, but there was nothing super about it. The room was very very small and stuffy. There was an unpleasant smell in the room when we came at night after a long day out. The ventilation was poor. The bed was uncomfortable. The air-conditioning didn't help much and it made a slight noise throughout the night, enough to disturb our sleep. The window had to be kept open (to the extent possible) to allow for some air. But the noise outside made it even more difficult to relax. The staff during the check in process was efficient.

Totally regretted booking the hotel and it was absolutely not worth the price!

This Travelodge proved a decent place to stay. It was comfortable but on going to use the waste basket under the desk on the morning of my departure, before checking out, I realized that it still contained rubbish left by the previous room occupant. Of course I informed the team at reception when handing in my key card but it meant that what would have been 'a good stay' was downgraded.
