If I could give zero stars I would. These guys are either lazy or corrupt. I was their customer until today. I used them for aviation insurance and after I had a claim which totaled my plane my insurance went from $10k to $52k per year. I was going to renew for $48k and they told me it was going to be $48k next year as well. I called one of their competitors BWI and dealt with an agent Jackie who got me insurance for less than $16k. That’s $32k less than Travers. Never again and I will let everyone know owns an airplane know what Travers did to me.
