I was shopping around for new car and home insurance. I had been in “Good Hands” for over 20 years. I was referred to Trey based on a lot of positive feedback about him and his staff. I ended up working with Elisha and she awesome. She answered all my questions and explained everything perfectly. At the end of the day I got much better coverage including a million dollar liability umbrella coverage that applies to both my home and car insurance. All of this and my premiums went down over thirty percent on both my home and automobile insurance. When I went to the office to finalize everything I met with Elisha and Trey and everybody was very friendly and genuine. If you’re looking for insurance be sure to check them out. Really good customer service from my experience. Friendly reminder texts when I have a bill due, it saved me on multiple occasions. I was able to transfer my insurance easily earlier this year from one vehicle to another. Also, I’m supposed to mention Elisha. Because she was the one to help me and ask me to write a review.
