I am a general contractor I have been working with Insurance Companies for over 30 years. What these people are doing to one of my homeowners is a crime. I would never, ever, ever, ever, buy insurance from this company. If anything were to happenen, you're claim will not get settled, you will not be happy with your claim. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Poor adjusterments refuse to pay for obvious damages. If you are insured by these crooks check your policies, better yet switch companies you will thank me later.

She was and is awesome. Julie worked with me on several different types of policies. Home insurance, auto, life and medical. She listened to what I was looking for and presented me with options for each coverage. She explained the policies and answered my questions, if she did not know the answer, she would find out for me. She even brought to my attention options I was not aware of or thought of.

My family has years of dealing with Tri County. We've had policies for our home, motorcycle, myself, wife, and 2 kids.. no problems until we needed to make a claim... took a total loss on some of our property because the wrong policy was purchased.. spoke to a couple of other brokers, and was told by each that it was the broker at TriCounty's fault.. there should have been a list of questions asked to make sure the policy was the correct one.. called back to TriCounty and was told that it was unfortunate but beyond them.. Im a middle class working man and have to deal with a loss worth thousands of dollars... it's a huge hit for us. I feel like the folks at Tri County are either poorly schooled, or are scamming family's by just pumping out policy's to get a Commission. I have since dropped my insurance coverage with them, and are using Dewitt insurance now. I just wanted to put my experience with them out there to hopefully spare someone the same headache

Ignorant people dont waste your time with the childish employees. Tried telling me i owed money on a policy im cancelling that im overpaid on, but yet when i called progressive directly they cancelled it and are processing my refund. Lying crooks
