Ron is not the person he pretends to be, after the fire he told,me you will get some money well all the money goes to him and the contractor they all works together, the workers that they use to do the job did not do a,good job. Ron did not return any of my calls both him and everyone around him are SHADY. I could not recommend them to anyone up to this day after 4 years I’m still upset with Ron for taking all my insurance money and did little to my property.

Now which is true. The positive or negative review? Ron will show up at the scene of the fire. After he gets you to sign you won’t be able to ask anything of him . OR He will reply saying he will or is doing what you asked. But he won’t . He was only a good talker before you sign the contract making jokes etc for you to feel at home like he’s a person who’s there to help.. But really only want the 10 percent of your insurance claim. Bottom line is They were asked by the insurance company to provide reference of their items and didn’t. That is a breach of contract. .People especially those with no experience about this. Investigate any adjuster before you sign, Google the reviews. Asked around. I heard about the negative feedback later.. and these are from general contractors and real estate agents who knew TCM or Tri State . Also notice how the positive reviews are more general praises. And the negatives has more details of what happened.it’s up to you to believe which is true, . God however knows who’s telling the truth. And I am not lying.

, They are not entitled to money they didn’t worked for. If we lose the 10% I will consider suing them for the emotional and mental anguish they put us through.

WARNING!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They stole the funds from my parents' insurance claims check never giving them any portion of the funds to pay for the needed repairs to their home. My parents are senior citizens living on fixed incomes. What Tri-State has done is criminal and beyond shameful. We have had to file a formal complaint with the state oversight agency to hopefully get some redress. Take your business elsewhere!!

We have had nothing but problems with Ed. He gives you the run around or doesn't answer calls. He gets your insurance check which isn't enough to complete the work needed and then never tells you he has the check. These people are out for themselves. They are rude, ignorant and do not care about you at all. Do NOT use them. It will be your worst nightmare.

Tri- State is now known as TCM Adjusters, where you can't go wrong with Ron Spay. The guy goes out of his way w/o killing you in times of tragedy. Ron's been in the business for over 30 years and the guy is a pure Class Act pertaining to character. You want an Adjuster that is on the up and up, that handled every claim in the book and handles every client as if it was his last. When Ron says he can do this for you, bank on it, it will be done with professionalism and experience. And the topper is he's a low baller, therefore, you'll never get killed with the percentage that an Adjuster will take for doing the work. If you want the most out of your claim TCM Adjusters is the way to go, with Ron Spay spearheading the job. Honestly, he's the envy of of all the other neighborhood Adjusters.
