Ok where do I start? Bryce came out for a leak in my house after my leak detection company referred me. I am grateful to this day for that. Stefanie contacted me and drafted up how this would all go down as I’ve never filed a claim before. When I tell you Stefanie is like the best person you could have, I’m talking like Michael Jordan on the 92’ Bulls. You NEED her to fight in your corner. Let’s face it, insurance companies will do some shady things, and they won’t stop. Not only did she calm me down when I was freaking out after they reached out (they weren’t supposed to) and tried to talk me out of it, she was patient, amazing and I’m HAPPY to say we keep in touch to this day. In January 2020, my entire home had flooded. It was recommended by a friend, to call Sam Ammendolea from Trouble in Paradise. I am so grateful that I took my friends advice and contacted Sam. He was punctual, extremely helpful, and honest throughout the entire process. I have never worked with a private adjuster before, but after this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone needing help from professional adjusters. He truly was wonderful to work with.
Insurance companies are never easy to negotiate on your own when filing a claim, but with Sam’s help and tenacity in the language of my policy, he was able to negotiate on my behalf for a resolution and subsequent payout. I can not say thank you enough .

We had John Fuentes from Trouble In Paradise, handle a claim we had this past January 2020. Our property is in Naples, Florida and we had water and mold damage in our first floor condo from the condo above us.
Both bathrooms had to be torn apart and rebuilt and our insurance company was not representing us very well at all.
Trouble in Paradise sent John to represent us and we can’t say enough about him!
He was very conscientious and courteous throughout the entire process. We never had to call or wonder how things were progressing, because he would call and give us updates and progress reports.
He was so accommodating if we had to meet him to sign papers or exchange information also.
He made the entire process very painless and we were reimbursed by
