Dawn Neilson works out of Troy Pieper office and I have been doing business with
her for about a year now. She has been awesome to work with if I have a problem. She handles it doesn't matter how long it takes. But she gets the information that I need. I'm very thankful. Appreciate it for her handling. All my problems. The office is very friendly and it feels like one big family. I Always had problems with the dry safe Beacon. And her and Troy have always tried. Help me out the best. They could on solving the problems. I recently start looking for another insurance agent. Because that issue with the drive safe. I found another company that was way way cheaper. But I stayed with this office.
Do the fact dad dawn? Is always taking good care of me. I rather have the great service. Then the cheaper rate. So if you want a State Farm agency that really takes good care of you, you need to Go to troy pipers, office and Dawn Nelson You will not be disappointed.

She thoroughly and painstakingly researched pricing and benefits such that I could include both my motorcycle and my housing at a savings of nearly $800/year. I changed to state farm from progressive a little over a year ago. I had a series of bad luck, had problems with app, which was my fault, and I'm old school. I like to talk to a person. Dawn never made me feel like I was bothering her. She's very calm and made me feel at ease. And more important, when we were setting up my coverage, she spent extra time and asked me many personal questions to get me the correct coverage that fit me as an individual. Unfortunately I had to find out the hard way but I had all the coverage I needed because of her .
