During one of the heavy spring storms in April, 2019, our roof developed a leak. We contacted our insurance company. After their adjuster came out, they stated that the leak was caused by wear and age of the roofing material. They denied our request to have the house reroofed. They stated that they would pay for the inside damage from leaks but not the roof. We appealed their decision two more times to no avail.
We had been given the name of Seth Parr and the company called Trust Public Adjusting. I contacted Seth, who came and set things in motion to refute each point from out insurance company. He and his team from Air Quality Assessor and his Industrial Engineer, took great pains to counter. with evidence, each of the reasons and areas of the roof that the insurance company refused to identify as issues. It took a great deal of time and effort on the part of Trust Public Adjusting group. After receiving the documents from Trust Public Adjusting, along with negotiation between Seth and the insurance company, our insurance company agreed to a settlement that was sufficient to cover the reroofing of our house.
