TSO Adjustment Services has been a godsend to my wife and I. A heavy rainstorm recently caused a substantial amount of damage to our home. The reader's digest version of this review is simply this - call Tim. It is the best course of action you can take if you need to file a claim with your insurance company. Having had such wonderful outcomes working with Tim on more than one occasion, and having witnessed the awful frustrations others have endured working directly with their insurance companies, I would never consider making a claim without the help of a top-notch public adjuster. Tim is that top-notch public adjuster.

The first time we worked with Tim, the claim was relatively small. Still, I was amazed by how Tim was able to work with the insurance company to maximize the reimbursement, and how easy he made the entire process. More recently, we experienced significant damage to our home from a storm. This experience gave us a much better appreciation of the myriad ways Tim can help above and beyond being your advocate with your insurance company. Tim has been a patient quarterback of the entire process - he has helped with temporary housing, with identifying excellent resources to help with cleanup and repairs, he's pushed the insurance company into responding more promptly, and more.

In the end, an insurance claim is about securing the funds you need to become whole again. In every instance, after the reasonable fees that Tim charges, we had more than adequate funding to return things to their original state. More importantly, it's absolutely clear that we would have had less funding had we attempted to deal directly with the insurance company.

There's a saying that goes along the lines of, a person who serves as their own counsel has a fool for a lawyer. Sadly, that can also be very true in the world of insurance. The people you talk to at an insurance company are professionals at their game. If you're anything like me, you just aren't a professional at that game - and you're not supposed to be. I would recommend not putting yourself at such a serious disadvantage by engaging directly. Tim is the best. The combination of how effectively he works with insurance companies and his very personable and collaborative style result in the best outcomes for everyone involved.
