After being referred to this company by my corporate attorney brother in law, I had what I thought was a very promising phone conversation with Zach Flora. Zach requested that I forward him photos from our flooded kitchen, which I did. It’s been over 3 weeks, and despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive any response or follow up. Zack helped us tremendously throughout the whole process! He was able to see the damage done to our house after a harsh storm before our insurance came to inspect. When he arrived, he was very professional and showed us everything that we need to bring up with our insurance.

He came again when our insurance company came to assess the situation and brought a clean up service to give their input as well. He showed everything that he saw to the insurance adjuster and made sure that he didn't miss anything to ensure that we get what we deserve. My wife and I are 110% satisfied with his service and were completely taken care of.
