We recently had to change insurance companies and we were recommended to Mr. Byrd’s agency. Lashelda Stone assisted us with setting up our policies and she was fantastic to deal with. She was very patient, answered all our questions, saved us money without sacrificing perks on our policy and was easy to get a hold of. Everyone in the office is very nice. Amazing customer service!!!! Tyrone, you have some of the best and amazing women working for you. Always so kind, sweet, sincere and wanting to get the work done. There was a time I was not happy with State Farm but in the end they made it right and after my car accident a few years ago I was so grateful. Now I own my own business and Lashelda... the past few days has my mind spinning in all my questions, wants, and needs. You have been amazing and Tracy and Elicia, THANK YOU! I have been with StateFarm for 6-7 years now and have used Tyrone Byrd as my agent. I called to add a vehicle to my policy, Daniela answered and got me set up within minutes, sending me a copy of the card and made it an effortless situation. The staff at his office are very helpful and always take great care of my needs, going above and beyond everything. I even told family members to switch from American family and they have been just as happy as me. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have worked with this office for many years now, always very professional, everything done in a timely manner, Tracy was amazing! Recently I struggle to get answers, dont receive requested emails, and office doesn't even answer the phone. Today by itself ive called 8 times no answers, and the 1st call answered earlier this morning Tyrone did not offer to help with quotes I needed, rather said someone else would contact me. Very disappointing service.
