I chose to go with Ultracar insurance because of all the great reviews I saw on here involving an agent named Fred. I just want to say I was not disappointed! Fred is a very kind, patient, and awesome guy that is a blessing to deal with in a situation that is normally overwhelming and stressful. I had recently moved states and was stressing about having to switch to a new policy because the last company I dealt with caused me MANY issues and headaches. Fred is so helpful, he made this experience so much more pleasant than I ever could have expected, and he’s saving me $70 a month! From the beginning Fred has been patient with me. I called 2 months ago to get a quote(best quote compared to 4 places). I told him I needed time to get my finances in order because of 1099, etc. . .He was only nice and told me to call when I was ready.
