This company got the check from my insurance company and never completed my roof work. They will not answer calls or return voice mails. I have tried emailing and contacting them through the website and even drove over there, but there's a sign on their door saying they are working remotely. It has their number and email but I have not heard back and it has been months since I have been actively trying to reach them. I did let time go in the beginning of the claim because of covid and the receptionist had told me they were behind. But now it has been well over 2 years and no roof!

I’ve had the worst nightmare of life with this company, it’s been since 2019 that this company showed up to my house to offer their services & decided to go w them since I needed my roof fixed with urgency. Did the claim with my home insurance, everything went well paid them over 15k now it’s been 2 yrs , my roof hasn’t been fixed and asked the company for the money back to get another company to actually do the job and they don’t answer my phone calls or voicemails it’s been two months since I asked for the money back ! Don’t fall For them , total scam !!!!

Do not use this company!!! They take the money and run. They took my initial claim deposit check and I never heard from them again. I still have not receive a returned phone call or email on my claim they started with my insurance company and the insurance company has not heard from them after they sent the first check to get things started. Over 5 months now and they are ghosts. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY.

They came to my home and told us we needed a new roof, I received a check from the homeowners insurance and im not turning it over. This company is a scam get out of contract immediately. Im going to get a lawyer. Here it is June of 2022 and this took place in July of 2021

These people don't deserve a rating , scammers . They scammed me and my insurance for over 3 grand , no roof replacement now and it is almost 2 years . They will take your money won't answer calls then if you get a refund it will it will be half the amount of the full amount and they will cancel refund check . Will be turned in to the BBB and reported to insurance companies

AVOID!!! Horrible customer service. They take your money and then don't hear from them for 6-8 months. They are frauds. You can't even get anyone on the phone. Look at the reviews. Do your homework and save yourself time and frustration and do not sign a contract at all.

Got the check in Feb 2022 and NO roof. Finally got ahold of someone and they said the check will be coming back to me and NOTHING! Next call is to my insurance agent. NOT RECOMMENDED.
