1st off, Mrs. Bridget an angel. If I could, I would give more stars. This is the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. The whole staff is delightful and I have spoken with them all ?.. The patience is unexplainable. It's feels like Christmas with every interaction because you get what you are looking for or a transparent reason why you can't..9x of 10 it won't be their fault. Okay this may be a duplicate because my device was giving me problems. I just want to Thank Josh for being clear, concise, and understanding explaining all insurance options available to me. Not only was he considerate, he made sure I was not putting myself in a financial position I wouldn't be able to handle. There are so many times people rush you and try to take advantage of you, and I appreciate Josh for not doing this. He has a peaceful, welcoming manner. Because of his true nature, I advised its going to be hard to get rid of me dealing with this company.

I would love to let you know that she has always taken my phone calls and helped with all my needs during the time in my fife with several surgeries. She needs a raise with all that she does and the way she treats the customer. She is a 110% with customer service.
