I did a lot of research before landing on United Claims Specialists, and their public claims adjuster Sim Fern. These guys are the real deal. Good actors in a world full of bad actors. If your hesitating...I get it. I did too. Sim and his team @ UCS immediately made me feel at ease. I was impressed by both Sim's sincerity, and professionalism throughout our horrible ordeal. They truly advocated for ME and my family and recouped the insurance proceeds we deserved for our property damage. I tried on my own to recoup what was due to me from my insurance to no avail. The small fee UCS charges is worth every penny and more. When we received our full insurance payout I did not even feel the fee allotted to UCS. My sincere thanks to Sim and his team at United Claims Specialists.

United Claims Specialist is a great company. Their adjuster, Larry Sanchez was at my house in a very timely manner. Larry was very honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he saw and the entire claims process. Larry and Nicole Coppola kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. In the aftermath of hurricane Ian, I called several independent adjuster companies to come out and take a look at my property. United Claims Specialist was the first to respond in only about 20 minutes. Greg contacted me made an appointment, talked to me and even though he could not write me a claim based on the damage and my insurance coverage, was very informative and helpful. About a year and a half ago I noticed that the repairs($3,000.00) I had done on my roof from hurricane Irma were not holding up, and I had huge water damage on the ceiling in my garage and all along the wall...I knew I was going to need a new roof and did not have the money to purchase one on my own. Fortunately, I met Sandy Gaile, from United Claims Specialists and she explained exactly what it is that they do for homeowners, and how my insurance company would pay for my new roof, the interior water damage, mold remediation and reconstruction. Skeptical New Yorker that I am, I was in disbelief, but was intrigued by Sandy's own personal story. Fast forward to May 2020 - I was introduced to Larry Sanchez, and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He explained the entire process, and what I would expect, and that it could take a while for everything to go through. The most important thing he told me was, "you do not have to fight with the insurance company, we communicate with them for you." That was all I needed to hear and I decided to put my trust in him and UCS. It is now May 2021, and I have a beautiful new metal roof, a brand new garage and my insurance company paid for everything. It took a long time, but was well worth the wait, not to mention Larry took care of everything, and held my hand in the process. Larry Sanchez was my adjustor, and I also dealt with Nicole Coppola on the office side. My experience was a positive one. Larry fought with the insurance for a fair settlement. My options were always explained to me clearly, and I felt under no pressure to either settle the claim early or to drag it out, the decision was ultimately mine. If I had tried to do this own my own, without Larry and Nicole, I no doubt would have ended up with far less.
