I have only given one other review online. A rather popular rifle scope review, many years ago on amazon. I feel compelled to do this because of such outstanding service! I am a montana contractor. In my case, not so big, and no big projects. I am known for good work, but small time. It has always been a pain for me to get contractor's liability. 2 years ago, I tried a few places in billings, a couple in helena, and even online sources. The disintrest was obvious. No call backs, no care. I even called back several times. Always, " so and so deals with that", and useless questionnaires. I put a good bit of effort so I could just simply work. Dealing with such insurance companies was even less appealing than dealing with the bureaucracy. Before leaving the state. I thought by chance on my way through, I would try a small town insurance company. On the way to ft peck resevoir. United insurance and realty. Why not? I thought it laughable at the time, but such ease? They took care of me then, and they took care of me this year. I did not even try anywhere else this year. They took care of me beyond simple contractor liability. It was a unique policy that was sub specific for the company I will be working for. Zack handled the case, and understood my stress. Calling often on updates. I fealt at ease. I fealt like a customer, instead of a beggar. Great service, professional people. I do good work, and can continue to give the good people of montana high quality legal work becauses of businesses like united insurance in Glasgow, MT. Zack even had sticky notes on where to sign. Just above and beyond service. Any one looking for contractors ins should give them a try. Take a few days, bring a fishing pole, catch a few pike at Fort Peck. Probably more than the average viewer would want to read. I just wanted to give a full review. Impressive service, with credits due. MT needs and wants skilled laborers.
