Their automated phone customer support service is terrible, one of the worst I've seen in any industry. Non stop machines, bad options, no humans, "we are experiencing longer than normal weight times" lies (i.e. we are cheap and don't hire humans). Time is valuable and wasting it on automated bots means I will do business with other company's instead.

Takes forever to mail checks.
