We had been searching for auto insurance for months, all without success. We were completely deflated when we happened upon Edgar. We thought we’d exhausted all avenues. Then I received a text message from Edgar telling us he found insurance rates approximately 1/2 of what we were paying with our current insurance! He found us prices that were GREAT, and affordable! Recently got insurance through Aspire which Broker's through Upgrade Insurance. Had them for 6 months before deciding I wanted to switch Insurances. Arlene Veloz Lic#: OM66256 contacted me for updating my info upon renewal. Told her I wanted to terminate. She asked why. I gave her the reason. Then she completely ignored my texts when I asked to terminate my policy. Called her twice. She said she would send me the information through e-mail to terminate my policy. Still hasn't. This business, at least Arlene so far, is horrible. Highly recommend to avoid them.

I am unfortunately, having to update my review because there are some shady agents working at this location. I got a policy about two weeks ago and was very happy with Kim’s service. I was so happy with her service that I referred my friend to acquire insurance through the this same company. Unfortunately, my friend was referred to George because Kim was not available.George, made a point of lying to my friend by stating that his license was suspended, which is not the case. He also attempted to use high-pressure tactics to make my friend buy a policy from him right then and there. His verbiage included things like you have 30 seconds to buy this policy, I am the best in the business so you won’t get insured by anyone else, and lying about a license being suspended. Do not trust this business, especially not George.
