I accidently dropped my chromie of my warm cozy bed and that mofo shattered into shards of sharp glass. And the smell was horrible. Anyways I like frogs. Point is these goofys won't refund me for my chromie and I'm snitching like gunna cause I've had enough. Please send me a new one so I can play coolmathgames or imma go broke. (We live with my uncle rocci who eats ranch w pizza)

I am an Amazon Book Reseller and had a book valued at $149.99 go missing to a customer. After working through the search with the customer, I decided a refund was the best course of action followed by reaching out to U-PIC for a claim. After providing ample documentation showing correspondence with the buyer, the order details for the book purchase, and the thorough attempt to help the buyer find the book, U-PIC issued me a no hassle payment for the claim.

I must honestly say that my experience with Ryan at U-PIC insurance has been nothing short of the highest excellence. As a small business owner myself I take customer satisfaction and feedback very seriously. It’s great to find another such company and person that believes in the same. Insurance is something that you never want to use because it’s usually the result of something “bad” that happened but that’s when the insurer comes into play in “fulfilling” their promise and claims. This is where you are counting on them to deliver and come though for you. Their process is simple and smooth and again have great experiences in this area. SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!
Save your money. Do not waste your money on these scammers.
This company is run by few clowns. All they want is to take your money. Please read this review and look at the images. We have been taking their insurance of years now and purchased insurance for thousands of packages and never filed a claim. Within last 365, I insured 200 packages with them. One of the packages got damaged in water/rain by USPS. This package worth $1500. I filed the claim and submitted all the documents. They put extra burden on you and ask all irrelevant documents and if you make any mistake, they decline the claim. I provided them all the email and proof of refund to the customer. After that, they asked for more pictures. This shipment was wrapped in bubble wraps as seen in image 1. They asked us to send the images of product. For that I was required to remove product out of bubble wrap. So, I took image 2, and then they declined the claim stating not cushioned properly. What a joke. You asked to remove the cushions. This is how UPIC make their scam. I contacted them so many times and then they ignore my messages.

I filed a complaint with "CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE" and then they contacted me and approved the claim and requested to withdraw my complaint with "CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE". Within a few weeks, they cancelled the insurance. Well, I really do not want to this any business with this company anymore as these are making SCAM. All our sales come from Amazon and these are only company on Amazon for purchasing USPS insurance. I contacted UPIC to provide a reason of cancellation and their reason is high value claim. What a joke. This is our FIRST CLAIM out of thousands of packages and out of 200 packages shipped within 365 days. This data is provided by UPIC. I do not need to write much. All the numbers and data tell whole story of these scammer.

At current, I am working with Amazon to resolve this issue and I hope Amazon remove UPIC from their platform or add some alternatives to purchase insurance for USPS shipments.

I do agree with other reviewer that this company will be sued soon for making frauds.

If you really want piece of mind and save money, then avoid UPIC.
