I waited over two years to right this review. My experience with VA Claims insider has been great with my previous coach! At the end I was awarded my rating and given no attention I needed clarification on an issue and no response was given from my new coach. I was switched at the end of my process since my last coach was promoted, I am extremely happy for them. But I wish I was able to finish it out with them. I was extremely happy with Va claims insider until the end. I thought it was always supposed to be about helping the veteran but at the end it felt like a money grab. I appreciate all of the work my old coach did with me they were always there for me and made sure I was taken care of! Va claims insider is a good company just make sure you get a coach that works for you! Some are there just for minimal work make sure your coach is helping you there are some that are there to do so. I wish it would have ended differently with this company. I hope this review can shed some light on what it was like.

Initial experience was good. However, my claim was denied. The VA evaluator was brutal in her analysis. The coaching from VA Insider I received had a negative impact. I wish I had discontinued their assistance at that point. The higher-level review appeal process was simple and the VA provided the steps necessary in writing and over the phone when I spoke to them. My local VA rep was also very helpful and cost me nothing. He helped me get from 70% to 90%. I reluctantly paid over $8,000 to VA Insider for a job poorly done. Please know, I will discourage any and all veterans from seeking your assistance. I signed a contract with you. I paid according to our agreement. Had I known what I know now I would have gone a different route. I will never take advantage of anyone, especially those who have served or continue to serve.

Very helpful group (2 coaches) over a period of 2 years. They inspired me to not give up on collecting medical documents. Went through the process and gathered over 850 pages of medical records which were downloaded and reviewed by private doctors. There is a fee for the private doctor reviews but very worth it. My first award took me from 40 to 70 percent disability and was urged to file again for review with the VA to perhaps get a better result. The ruling put my first claim up to a 100% and my coach about fell out his chair, he was expecting the rating to go from a 50 to 70 which would go to a 80% ( VA math was also learned during this process) Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of the group and a special Thanks to Coach Jeffery

Like all veterans, I was confused about the VA claims process. I came across VA Claims Insider videos through searching online and liked what I saw, so I watched a bunch more of their videos. I learned so much just from watching the free videos that I decided to give VACI a try.
Being assigned a coach that guides you through the process really helped me with all my questions. Of course, most of the questions are answered in their videos and articles. Their education of the VA claims process allowed me to build and handle my own claims because it gave me the confidence that I understood what was happening at every step. Even more important than the education was the other veterans in the classes that shared their experiences. Their shared experiences taught me so much as well.
