Basically this company is one big fraud, or just rheir employees are dumbest ppl on this planet, can't find any other execuse. It's 3 years since I'm waiting for my money, they don't even contacted other driver insurance. I hope it will change when I visit them in person next Friday.

So basically they denied me the opportunity to defend myself in court, and they agreed to false accusations against me even tho i noticed them it is a lie. Fraudental, racist company.

I had my car delivered today by van amede and their service is the poorest.We informed our insurance that our car is not drivable and van amede was aware of this refusing to drop off the car in front of our house using excuses that cannot go with their big track which lots of delivery tracks are passing by also our road is a U shape. Driver wanted to leave the car on the main road and we insisted that car needs to be deliver door to door he driven the car causing lots of damages to the engine. Called Van amede and rising a complain about. This company need to cover the engine repair cost without doubts. This people do not care about customer belonging.

This is the slowest company in the UK. They supposed to make contacts between countries for insurance purposes. But 4 weeks wasnt enough to make a report translate it and sendit forward to the UK insurance company. And I know the report been done ages ago. Shame..
