I called to get a quote on a fire policy for a rental property. They don't write this type of policy. The person hung up on me before I could even thank them. They could of taken 10 seconds more to end the telephone call politely.

This insurance is a scam!!! I went inside hoping my car would be covered and was told lies by the owner herself which just by looking at her i should of known cheap!!I got into a car accident and the insurance all of sudden couldn't cover more than 5,000$ when my car was worth over 15,000$.. this place is a waste of time and not to mention the fakeness with the girls that help you is ridiculous they look like clowns !!!

little upset with this insurnace, currently have a claim with them because my car got hit my a deer, that part that is fstrading is that my deductible keeps going up, because they say they keep finding prior damage when no proof and I keep asking for pictures and they are not letting me see them. I'm speaking for my sister. i wouldnt want anyone else going through this as well. UNJUSTICE

Vanessa and Krystal are polite and patient people. They have gone above and beyond for me when had a incident that was not my fault. She advice me very well next time to call her to add additional vehicle to my policy so i wouldnt jeopardize my license.
