Almost impossible to reach them, and they never follow through on anything they say they will do. I work with several insurance companies on various properties, and my experience with Vantreo has been unreal.

Poor experience thus far, they were quick to take our payment, but come to find out they never even paid the actual insurance company for the policy until it came to light 3 months after the initial payment. Almost no communications in helping us solve 3rd party audit issues with the insurance company themselves. Update: Were able to get everything sorted.
