I became aware of Varner Insurance Agency in the past when they became my agent for a big name insurance company due to agent downsizing. They were great then as my agent for that company, however they decided to drop that company and go off on their own.

Well, I'm glad they did. I recently decided to move away from the big name insurance company and reached out to Hailey Rice at Varner Insurance Agency to get some quotes. I have to say it was exceptional service on her part to assist me. I did make a major change in my auto and homeowners insurance moving it a different company that the Varner Insurance Agency uses. The result was a significant savings for better coverage (policy to policy comparison). However, the savings was just a bonus to go along with the service I received. Excellent communication through the change process along with an attention to detail were shown to me through the process. I never had any questions as to where I was in the process or what was coming next in it. I will tell you, it's seldom you find this level of service and commitment to a customer, whether a previous one or a new one, to this degree.

I am extremely elated in re-establishing my relationship with this agency and look forward to a long engagement with the Varner Insurance Agency.
