Throughout the years, I’m not sure what happened with their service, but this was definitely my to go place for insurance. We have been clients since 2014 have Auto and 2 home policies. Happy to say we are officially moving to a different agency. Customer service here is the WORST we haven’t received callbacks updates on inquiries and when I try to follow up, they get upset because I don’t know who I spoke too. Even when I called today to cancel my policy, she did not give me her name. I expressed my concerns and she did not even apologize or even acknowledge them. I honestly believe any “5” star reviews aren’t real.
