THEY DONT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES! Horrible service, save yourself from a big headache. Sandra made my taxes back in April, she submitted my son’s information wrong (which she didn’t tell me) I got a called from the office the next day stating that someone else had claimed my son. I confirmed his information and they confirmed it was correct. When I finally noticed my son’s information was wrong I called them. It took me over 3 weeks to finally get a hold of someone in the office. Whoever kept answering the phone kept lying to me. Finally she said Sandra moved to Mexico. After a long 3 weeks I was told I had to deal with it by myself. The only thing they did was request a transcript for me. Until this day I haven’t received my refund.
