I would highly recommend Vet Claims Authority, specifically Mrs. ODonna Pittman, to any veteran who needs help with any VA claim whether it be starting a new claim, filing an appeal, or trying to get an increase on your current disability. From start to finish, Mrs. Pittman was there guiding me with her extensive knowledge and experience. Anytime I needed something or had questions she was there immediately with her sage advice. Mrs. Pittman helped me gather the correct paperwork, filed all my claims, led me to amazing videos to prepare me for my exams, as well as held her own one on one meetings with me to ensure I was going to receive the proper care that I sorely needed. Until I met Mrs. Pittman, I felt hopeless and that no one cared about my situation. With her assistance, I now see a small glimmer of hope. Thank you Mrs. ODonna Pittman.

I will just start off by saying thank you Mrs. Pittman. I had tried for years to get rated for my service connected disability’s. I had used other VA organizations and even a lawyer at one point, but they were not able to accomplish what Mrs Pittman was able to do for me. She has truly been a blessing.

Mrs. Pittman-Hall was amazing! She ensured I was informed and prepared for my C&P exams. She also reviewed my records and submitted my claims to the VA. We had 1 on 1 sessions where she answered all my questions and ensured I understood the process and upcoming appointments. She was proactive, communicated effectively and thorough. Without her guidance and assistance, I’d still be at 20%. I’m now at 80% and still have a claim pending. I’m so thankful I worked with her!

My experience with my representative was phenomenal. Mrs O'donna Pittman- Hall was very precise and kept me informed on everything needed for my claim. She walked and talked me through every process and made sure to check on my case and appointments. She is very knowledgeable and very punctual, never have I ever felt more safe with my personal information and trusting someone with my case. I highly recommend O'Donna Pittman-Hall for any veteran who is seriously considering looking for compensation for disability. She's a very professional and truly in my opinion responsible when it comes to working for our veterans who gave all they had for this country.
