I highly recommend Vickers Insurance Agency for their prompt and creative solutions to an unexpected need for more fire insurance to sell my former home in California. In the process of buying first home from another city, Vickers has been so incredibly helpful walking me through the process while over the phone and explaining everything without making me feel stupid. So on referral, I called Vickers for a quote on a difficult property because it has a mobile on it. I worked with Kat who is amazing. The quote became a policy in less than 24 hours. With the extreme difficulties obtaining any insurance in California ( companies not even writing policies) she navigated the process knowing time was of the essence.
Unbelievable service, the other companies were 3weeks just to obtain a quote.
Vickers is my go to agent from now on!

We see from other reviews here that we’re not Danny’s only super-fans, and we’d be surprised if we were. He is kind and knowledgeable and extremely communicative, and he has repeatedly put our interests ahead of his own. He spent hours helping us out even before making a penny in commission, and he always takes the time to patiently answer all our questions. He works with the lowest-cost home insurance company we’ve been able to find (and other companies, too), and he never upsells. He has even steered us to other agents when he thought they might be able to get us a better deal than he could. I spoke with Danny at Vickers insurance today to deal with a complicated issue concerning my deceased brother’s car insurance. Although he could have written a policy for me, instead he kindly and patiently explained all of the other options that I had, which could save me more money, even when it included suggesting different insurance companies. He spent at least 20 minutes, asking me questions and giving me tips. What a nice guy!!

Vickers was the 1st place I ever went to get Auto insurance my friend Edd Reddick suggested it. They were good to me found me the best rates and had it done real fast. I have since referred many people to them and they always came through for them to.
