Farm Bureau increased my 6-month car insurance premium (again.) Nothing in my plan had ever changed, and I have a perfect record with no claims. The price I was paying in 2022 was around $600, every six months, for full coverage on a paid-off 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. In 2023, it went up to $865 for the same policy, same car. 7/17/2024, I got an online invoice and my 6 month payment had gone up (again) to $1001.00. Have been with Allstate for a number of years with both Home and Auto and I will say the service and communication has been timely and professional. Recently I had an issue come up with a Universal Life policy I had with another company other than Allstate and could not not get a response from the local agent only a referral to an overseas customer service number which was a total waste of time. Victoria generously had one of her Life professionals take a look at the policy and offer some excellent recommendations based on my needs . Made my day!!!!
