99% sure they knifed my tires in the impound lot. The impound lot is gated with barbed wire.
I had gotten my belongings the day prior, all my tires were fine & then it gets towed out with 4 KNIFE stabs in the tires, and hes asking me to get it towed further telling me it cannot drive.
